With exposed construction detailing, tiled floors, worn-leather and rattan, and plenty of flowers, Birdie’s exemplifies industrial shabby chic — where old meets new in unexpected ways. Just the kind of place you’d want to hang out all day; Birdie’s favourite spot no matter the occasion. Lived in and filled with the many quirks of Birdie herself.

Enjoy the bustle of the market deli, take a seat at the large communal table, or shimmy into a green leather booth and sip the afternoon away.
The food is flavoursome with a feeling of generosity about it — seasonal menus focused on small plates, big healthy salads, the rotisserie and comforting larger dishes. Open daily from 8am, stop by for five-grain bircher, or try Birdie’s espresso blend and grab take-out from the market deli.

On one Saturday every month, Birdie’s hosts its Supper Club — the perfect opportunity to get the girls {& guys} together for cocktails, dinner and dancing.
